The 3 cell lipo limit Kim talked about earlier was for the older liner regulators found on the original phoenix controllers. They are shipping the same instructions with all phoenix controllers these days so that is where the confusion came from.

Personally, I wouldn't have any problems running 5 small digitals or 4 large analog servos on the switching regulator included with the ice.

If there is any question about if it will work, then get a eagle tree or watt meter put it between the RX and ESC, then stall 3 of the servos. If it doesn't break 5amps then you should be good.
