NON OFFICIAL RESULTS SPE 26cc

I just ran my SPE 26cc and attatched a digital scale between the rear of the plane and my truck hitch. When the plane ran at WOT it was pulling 13 pounds. Remember the engine has only hade maybe one tank through it and has not been tuned fully yet. I 'hope' it hits 14-15 pounds. I need some more thrust to hover my (with 1/2 tank) 12.2 pound sig rascal.

What is the fuel mix 32-1 40-1 50-1 ?
& prop?

did you do any flying with it? 8)

Fuel mixture... LOL Unknown.. Gary's house and my stuff
Looks as if there is oil coming out of the muffler... I think it might need to go less oil..
Guessing 25:1 or 30:1 ish Needs 40:1 or so.....

No Flying yet.. A lot of taxiing the neighborhood and street.
This weekend = Airtime.

Well I put about 5HR of run time on my CRRC-26 today > a lot of low end time, with throttle ups.
So I drilled a hole in the carburetor for the diaphragm pump to get air for the back of the piston, now fuel doesn't need to be gravity fed> with the pump working now :lol:

Runs great now :shock:
